Bangkok action

We have been in Thailand for four days now. The first day pie decided he needed to climb some mountains so he went straight up to Chaing Mai. Me and Chris stayed in Bangkok because we wanted to take a more leisurely approach to the travelling and spend some time in places en route to Chaing Mai.
Our first night we wanted to go bar that just served beer, no hookers or strippers, just beer. In fact we made it pretty clear. But unfortunately our tuktuk man decided he would ignore us so we found ourselves in this bar surrounded by girls, who may not have been girls at all, all trying to take our money. Obviously being as cool as we are, me and did not panic and slowly finished our beer and then made a dash for it before the club owner started physically throwing lady boys at us. We escaped back to the hotel and watched some of the DVDs we had bought in Malaysia.
The next day we explored Auytthaya which is a crazy old city to the north of Bangkok and saw lots of monks and temples and Buddhas and stuff. Made it back in the evening for Pizza and a traditional Thai massage from the fattest girl ever, hurt so much but felt great afterwards.
The next day we explored some of old Bangkok and saw a lucky Buddha and a huge Golden Buddha as well. Also got offered really cheap tailoring but declined as we have no space for a suit.
Yesterday we travelled up to sukkotai and have spent the day here riding bikes round lots of temples and taking many pictures. We were hoping to leave this afternoon for Chaing Mai but our bus crashed before it picked us up so we are now getting the 8.30 bus. So hopefully we should be in Chaing Mai tomorrow.
